Instructions:

• You’ll need about 20-25 minutes to answer all the questions.  Try to keep your space clear from distractions and interruptions if possible while you complete the assessment.

• When you’re done, we will send you an email with your personalized report. Look for an email from info@pftrg.ca – please check your Spam/Junk/Promotions folder if you don’t see it in your inbox. (This may take up to 30 minutes, so check back if you don’t see it right away).
